[Remote] Communications & Content Governance Specialist III

The Communications & Content Governance Specialist III is responsible for creating and managing core messaging and content that complies with company policies and regulatory requirements, while collaborating across teams to support communications initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a wide variety of communications content, including key messaging documents, thought leadership, health communications, FAQs, video and multimedia content, high-impact external communication materials, and internal resources such as leadership briefings and campaign reportsCoordinate, monitor and track external speaking opportunities and thought leadership commitments, materials and briefings across the organizationAssist in the creation and maintenance of a suite of corporate materials, including core slides, fact sheets, and other communications assetsPartner with business and marketing teams, as well as outside agencies, to support marketing and/or communications campaignsCoordinate with internal teams to leverage content and campaigns across internal platforms, including the company intranet, employee newsletters, and other relevant channelsCollaborate cross-functionally to manage programs, evaluate effectiveness, and communicate campaign resultsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and assist with special projects, as assignedPerform any other job related duties as requestedSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising/Public Relations, or a related field requiredEquivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required educationFive (5) years of communications experience in corporate, product, or executive communications requiredExcellent attention to detail to deliver compliant, error-free contentExcellent writing, editing, communication, and presentation skillsWell-versed in multi-media communications platformsCollaborative partner with keen ability to effectively listen, distill information, think creatively, and deliver communications that drive resultsSuperior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and narrativesStrong ability to collaborate with internal and external partners, including business and marketing teams, agencies, and consultantsExcellent organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives and ensure timely executionKnowledge of state and federal communications requirements to ensure content meets all legal standardsIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to think critically and creatively problem solveAbility to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlinesAbility to work independentlyHealth care communications experience preferredBenefitsIn addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.We are highly invested in every employee’s total well-being and offer a substantial and comprehensive total rewards package.Company OverviewCareSource provides managed care services to Medicaid beneficiaries.
