(Hybrid) Pivotal Health Specialist

The Pivotal Health Specialist will play a vital role in the Product team, responsible for managing Pivotal Health products, fostering client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product success.ResponsibilitiesLead the research, development, tracking, and implementation of Pivotal Health productsLead the promotion and presentation of designated products to existing clients and new prospectsLead the contracting process through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timely execution, and collaboration across cross-functional teamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success and plan sponsor adoptionMonitor product progress and provide regular updates and reporting to leadershipMeet revenue goals and expense budgets for designated product linesCollaborate with BI team on the final design and marketing materials for current and future productsEducate internal teams on product details, benefits, and return on investment for plan sponsorsWork closely with project management teams to understand product requirements and timelinesCollaborate with analytics teams to gather and analyze data for prospect savings estimates and client outcomes reportingEstablish and maintain effective communication channels with various internal and external stakeholderIdentify areas for product improvement and contribute to the implementation of enhancementsFunction as a liaison between different teams, fostering a collaborative work environmentLead internal product assessments to quantify product value and identify opportunities for improvementEngage in the scoping and assessment of new external vendors to quantify product valueSkillsBachelor's degree requiredHigh degree of professionalismAbility to interpret industry policies and contract documents, proposals, and other documentationStrong inter-personal and relationship skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills and command of the English languageAbility to apply basic mathematical concepts such as percentages, adding, subtracting, multiplying and division to required tasksHigh degree of critical thinking, organizational and decision making skillsHigh degree of initiative and passion to succeedAbility to function independently with minimal supervisionAbility to prioritize multiple projects and meet objectives and deadlines established, often with short turnaround timesAbility to maintain positive and beneficial relationships with numerous internal departments, external customers, vendor agents, and subscribersProficient in MS Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPointAbility to comply with company confidentiality requirements as well as with HIPAA and other applicable government regulations1-3 years experience as a Product Owner or similar experienceBenefitsPTO & paid holidays401(k) with matchExclusive discount programsHealth & wellness programsCompany OverviewNFP, an Aon company, helps companies and individuals address todayβs most significant Risk Capital and Human Capital challenges.
