Hybrid Helpdesk/Desktop Support Technician (Level 2)

Our client is seeking a skilled Level 2 Desktop Support Technician to provide advanced technical support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality IT support to employees in a large organization, ensuring smooth operation of devices, systems, and software. This is an onsite role based in New York City, NY. Starting at $35/hour. Level 2 Desktop Support Technician Responsibilities • Provide Tier 2 support for Windows-based desktops, laptops, and peripherals in a 2,000+ user environment • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Active Directory (on-prem and Azure), Multi-Factor Authentication, and MDM solutions (MS Intune) • Manage and respond to tickets efficiently using the company's ticketing system • Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues • Assist with onboarding, provisioning, and deprovisioning of users Level 2 Desktop Support Technician Qualifications • At least 4 years of professional IT support experience in an enterprise environment • Financial services experience is a significant plus • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Active Directory (on-prem and Azure) • Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MS Authenticator) and MDM tools (MS Intune) • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills RightClick is an equal opportunity employer who agrees not to discriminate against any employee or job applicant irrespective of race, color, creed, alienage, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, gender (including gender identity), marital status, sexual orientation, citizenship or any other characteristic protected by law.
