As a Premier Service Consultant, you'll be the voice of AT&T, working with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions. You'll utilize your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of our products and services to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and drive sales. Whether you're working from home or in our center, you'll be an integral part of our team, committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving business results.

About the Role:

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Utilize your knowledge of AT&T's products and services to make personalized recommendations and drive sales growth
Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing customer needs and priorities
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and billing, to resolve customer issues and drive business results
Meet and exceed sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong knowledge of AT&T's products and services, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt
Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable internet service and a dedicated workspace, meeting our WFH standards
