HVAC Service Technician
Description:

Responsibilities Include:
ย Install, test, and maintain HVAC systems including heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration units.
ย Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
ย Replace filters, clean coils, and perform other necessary maintenance tasks to extend the life of HVAC systems.
ย Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues.
ย Provide accurate troubleshooting reports and determine the root cause of system failures.
ย Replace or repair faulty components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats.
ย Communicate effectively with customers to explain HVAC issues, repairs, and recommendations.
ย Provide advice and guidance to customers on energy-saving tips, system upgrades, and maintenance best practices.
ย Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
ย Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards when working with HVAC equipment.
ย Maintain accurate service records, including parts used and hours worked.
ย Work with other team members and departments as needed for large-scale installations or service projects.
ย Assist in training apprentices or less experienced technicians as needed.

Requirements:
ย 5+ years' of experience in HVAC service work.
ย Commercial experience.
ย Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers.
ย Professional appearance and demeanor.
ย Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
ย Neat, clean and organized.
ย Great work ethic.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
ย 8 hour shift
ย Monday to Friday
ย Weekends as needed
