HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities Include:
Β Install, test, and maintain HVAC systems including heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration units.
Β Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Β Replace filters, clean coils, and perform other necessary maintenance tasks to extend the life of HVAC systems.
Β Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues.
Β Provide accurate troubleshooting reports and determine the root cause of system failures.
Β Replace or repair faulty components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats.
Β Communicate effectively with customers to explain HVAC issues, repairs, and recommendations.
Β Provide advice and guidance to customers on energy-saving tips, system upgrades, and maintenance best practices.
Β Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Β Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards when working with HVAC equipment.
Β Maintain accurate service records, including parts used and hours worked.
Β Work with other team members and departments as needed for large-scale installations or service projects.
Β Assist in training apprentices or less experienced technicians as needed.

Requirements
Β 5+ years' of experience in HVAC service work.
Β Commercial experience.
Β Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers.
Β Professional appearance and demeanor.
Β Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Β Neat, clean and organized.
Β Great work ethic.
