Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Manager or a similar role with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Thorough knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and employment laws.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees and stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
