Investor Services Specialist

The Investor Services Specialist is responsible for client engagement, building relationships, and ensuring an excellent experience for clients and their investors.ResponsibilitiesRespond to client and investor requests including but not limited to: Granting access to the investor portalUpdating investor informationAssisting with new investor onboardingFinancial information questionsAssist with completing audit documentsAssist with ad-hoc projects such as: Financial and Tax reportingCapital call and distribution trackingWire preparationCompile and organize investor CRM information with updated and accurate client informationCommunicate and provide information to the technology team to set up client portalsRun Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reports and update AML database as neededProvide general administrative support to the engagement team and Onboarding team by generating reports, gathering, and providing information, updating systems and other administrative needsAssist in financial reporting, tax preparation, audit preparations and other fund administration activitiesEngage in project management of team deadlines, client requests and other ongoing projects and tasksResponsibly secure and handle sensitive financial and personal dataMaintain dialogue and build relationships with client personnel and investors (LPs)SkillsBachelor's Degree requiredExperience in a client-oriented office environment, preferably in a related industryProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and OutlookDetail-oriented, conscientious, and energetic self-starter with ability to think creativelyDemonstrated ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to take on any task, no matter how smallProven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlinesAbility to effectively communicate to team membersExcellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with senior personnel across the firmCompany OverviewStandish provides fund administration services for general partners and managers of private equity funds, specializing in buyout, VC, real estate & fund of funds.
