Our client, a mass media company, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team! This will be a contract position through the end of the year, with a pay rate of $29/hour.

Please note: Candidates must have hands-on experience with SAP HCM. Those who do not have SAP HCM experience will be rejected.

Responsibilities:
• Perform high-volume, accurate data entry and maintenance within SAP HR systems, including Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA)
• Support the HR organization by ensuring employee data is up-to-date, compliant, and properly documented
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR support, responding to employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve HR-related issues, escalating complex cases as needed
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and employee lifecycle transactions in SAP HR
• Maintain data integrity by auditing records and correcting discrepancies in a timely manner
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and other internal teams to ensure seamless HR operations
• Use Slack and other communication tools to manage requests, provide updates, and coordinate across teams
• Document standard operating procedures and contribute to process improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. employment regulations

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in an HR support or coordinator role
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM, specifically: Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA) data entry and maintenance
• Proven ability to accurately enter, update, and audit employee data within HRIS systems
• Experience using Slack for internal communication, collaboration, and cross-functional coordination
• Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and compliance
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HR reporting is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
