As an AMS Senior Certified HCM Consultant (Advanced Compensation), you will leverage your expertise in the Workday HCM product suite to support clients, mentor other consultants, and ensure effective deployment and integration of Workday solutions.ResponsibilitiesProvide expertise in the Workday HCM product suite, with deep expertise and experience in Advance CompensationLead the following as a member of a deployment team, or coach others to successfully: gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clientsWork with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into WorkdayAssist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutionsMentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model as well as coach others on product knowledgeCommunicate clearly and concisely. Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projectsWork with team members to address complex tasks/requirements when other team members need supportFacilitate clientsâ intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practicesMaintain clientsâ ongoing satisfaction, ensuring Intecrowd is referenceable and referable once in productionProvide regular status reports to the project managers keeping them apprised of overall project statusInnovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectivelyMaintain Workday certifications and qualificationsEnsure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation (assist integrators in configuring/testing integrations between Workday and external systems)Demonstrate computational thinking. Identify problem components, analyze patterns, remove inefficient configurations or processes, and construct algorithmic solutions scalable to ongoing client needsContribute to and mold a culture of continuous education amongst your colleagues, mentees, and managers - serve as a professional role modelProvide insightful status reports to project managers that highlight risks to project health and improvements in client adoptionSkillsCurrent Workday Partner HCM Certification and/or Advanced Compensation Certification5+ years configuring and implementing various HCM solutionsBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experiencePrevious consulting experience with a consulting/software companyPrevious experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applicationsDemonstrated project management experienceFunctional experience in one or more of the following areas: HCM/Talent & Performance/Recruitment/Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking/CompensationPassion for providing exceptional customer serviceAbility to effectively manage against timelines and goalsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBusiness analysis and requirements gathering abilitiesAbility to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-trainingExperience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously a plusExpected travel is +/-5% depending on projectCompany OverviewIntecrowd is a Workday services partner with strong expertise in initial deployment, phase X, and post-production support for HCM, Financials, Adaptive Planning, Integrations, Extend, and more.
