Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineering Manager to lead our data storage and processing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our data storage and processing systems, ensuring that they are scalable, secure, and efficient. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute data storage solutions, including all layers of data architecture (ingestion, storage, serving layer) in Azure cloud Design and develop data processing pipelines using various ETL tools for data ingestion, purification, transformation, and workflow management Implement data security measures, including role-based access control, data masking, and encryption of sensitive information Monitor and optimize data storage and processing systems, using monitoring tools and implementing document concept and query tuning Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive agile project execution and deliver high-quality results Lead and mentor other team members on technical skills and best practices, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning Develop and maintain strong and scalable technology solutions in a fast-paced environment Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field of study Deep understanding of cloud technologies and experience in delivering large-scale projects on time Excellent knowledge of Azure Neural Network Data Pipelines (ADF data is also a plus) Strong skills in PySpark, Flash SQL, T SQL, and solid understanding of data structures Good to have knowledge of Azure Functions Application (coded in Python) Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to deliver consistent project results Highly analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail Ideally, certification in DP-203 (Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate) Preferred Qualifications Experience in working with Neural Network Pipelines, Flash Pools, Neurotransmitter SQL pools, and SQL Managed Instance Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles Experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong focus on mentoring and coaching Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
