The Human Resources Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department with administrative tasks, recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, and maintaining employee records.ResponsibilitiesProvides administrative and coordination support to HR department team membersSupports corporate and administrative recruitment efforts including job posting, scheduling, and reference checkingWorks with the Human Resources and Recruiting Team to coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation process for corporate and administrative hires, including preparation of new hire materials and orientation schedulesAssists with the new employee onboarding and I-9 verification processesEnters, updates and maintains employee information regarding new hires, office transfers, signing bonus payments, bonus advances, compensation changes, leaves of absence, FTE changes, and departuresAssists in creation of documents related to employee life-cycle changesProvides administrative support for the performance evaluation process.
