Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HubSpot Expert with extensive experience in HubSpot Sales Hub and Service Hub to support us in delivering a critical project for one of our key clients.

Our client has already established their core HubSpot environment; however, they require specialised consulting and development services to refine their current setup, implement changes, and build out functional extensions. This is not a "basic setup" role - we need someone who can dive deep into custom configurations, automation logic, and functional enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consulting: Advise on best practices for Sales and Service Hub architecture to meet specific business requirements.

- Extensions & Configurations: Develop and implement additional functionality, including custom objects, advanced workflows, reports/analytics, and tailored properties.

- Optimisation: Review the current implementation and suggest/apply changes to improve efficiency and user experience.

- Client Collaboration: Work closely with our team and the client, to understand requirements and translate and implement them into technical solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

- HubSpot Mastery: Proven track record with HubSpot Sales Hub and Service Hub (Certifications preferred).

- Development Experience: Strong ability to construct extensions and advanced configurations within the HubSpot ecosystem.

- Consulting Background: Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to provide strategic advice rather than just executing tasks.

- Communication: Fluent in English to a very high standard. You must be able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Professionalism: High level of reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Project Details:

- Type: Project-based with potential for ongoing support.

- Current State: Core solution implemented; moving into phase two (extensions and refinements).

- Engagement: You will be working as a consultant/developer supporting our team in delivering value to the end client.
