HRIS Time & Attendance Implementation Consultant

HRIS Time & Attendance Implementation Consultants are responsible for the support, training, best practice coaching, and implementation process for NEOGOV customers. In this position, you will work with a team of highly skilled consultants, managers, developers, and subject matter experts. You will be supporting multiple HRIS customers implementing our Time and Attendance software. Responsibilities • Learn, understand and execute NEOGOV's Implementation & Configuration practices. • Become an SME of NEOGOV Time & Attendance module. • Configure the NEOGOV solutions, demonstrate the configurations through building prototype systems, testing and best practices guidance. • Partner with internal and external partners to ensure cross-functional needs are met; develop and convey a clear understanding of the unique needs to various audiences. • Identify and implement system improvement and process improvement opportunities in NEOGOV HRIS suite (HR, Payroll, Time/Attendance). • Participating in annual training, NEOGOV's Annual Conference, industry events, and face-to-face customer meetings (Travel - 10%) Requirements • 2-3 years of experience supporting Time & Attendance, either internally or as a consultant. • B.A/B.S Required. • Proficient understanding of Time & Attendance, Time & Attendance concepts and standard Time & Attendance processes. • Previous consulting, implementation or administrator experience in a technical and/or HR space. • Working knowledge of the public sector is preferred, but not required.
