• *Role Responsibilities**
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions in QuickBooks Online.
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, maintaining accurate records and strong vendor/client relationships.
• Administer end-to-end U.S. payroll, ensuring compliance and timely salary processing.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger balances.
• Prepare financial reports and provide insights to support management decision-making.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate financial updates and issues clearly with team members and stakeholders.
• *Requirements**
• Strong years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
• Strong expertise in QuickBooks Online and its accounting workflows.
• Experience managing AR/AP cycles and financial records.
• Knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations and payroll processing.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends when required.
