They are seeking an HR Service Center Rep I to provide timely and accurate service to customers by processing HR documents and assisting with various human resources programs and services.ResponsibilitiesProviding timely and accurate service to customers (primarily active employees) by assisting with processing HR documents, i.e. benefit, salary, and status changesProviding information on a wide range of human resources programs and services via phone, chat, AskHR cases and by the expeditious referral of more complex issues and sensitive inquiries to the appropriate area for resolution including, but not limited to, benefits, leaves of absence, payroll, HR policy, training, work life programs, etcAttending a mandatory 4-6 week training programSkillsHigh School diploma or GED9 months customer service or administrative support experience in a corporate environment6 months experience utilizing Office software packages, i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. along with toggling between multiple screens10-key calculator experience and an aptitude for mathStrong service orientation with the desire to assist the customerClear and concise verbal and written communication skillsHigh degree of confidentialityMust be organized and detail orientedTeam player in a high paced team environmentAbility to handle high stress and high volume situations where time is of the essenceAdvanced experience using WorkDayAssociate's or Bachelor's Degree is a plusCompany OverviewHealth Care Service Corporation is a customer-owned health insurance company.
