As we continue to expand our global reach and redefine what a home can be, we’re looking for a bold, strategic, and creative leader to join us as our Director of PR, Social & Influencer. As our Director of PR, Social & Influencer, you’ll shape how the world sees and talks about Ruggable. You’ll lead the charge in crafting and amplifying our brand story across earned, owned, and shared channels from major media placements to viral social moments to impactful creator partnerships. You’ll build strategies that drive cultural relevance, inspire our customers, and spark conversations that move the brand forward. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, product, and leadership teams to make Ruggable a household name and beloved lifestyle brand. What You’ll Do: Develop and execute an integrated PR, social media, and influencer strategy that elevates brand awareness and cultural resonance. Lead and inspire a team of talented PR, social, and influencer managers and specialists. Build and maintain relationships with key media, editors, creators, and tastemakers to secure impactful, on-brand coverage and partnerships. Oversee all social media content and community strategies, driving engagement and growth across platforms. Shape influencer campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring they authentically represent Ruggable’s brand voice and values. Partner closely with brand, creative, and media teams to align storytelling and effectiveness across all channels. Partner closely with Customer Experience teams to keep customer satisfaction at the forefront of social Track performance and translate insights into actionable strategies to continuously evolve our approach. Identify cultural trends and moments to keep Ruggable at the forefront of conversation What You’ll Need to Have: Required: A visionary storyteller with 10+ years of experience in PR, social media, influencer marketing, or brand communications. Deeply connected in the media and influencer landscape, with a pulse on emerging trends and cultural moments. Strategic and data-driven, yet highly creative — you know how to balance brand building with measurable results. An inspiring people leader who can develop and motivate a high-performing team. A strong collaborator, able to build trust and alignment across cross-functional partners. Passionate about design, lifestyle, and shaping culture.
