Avance Care is seeking a detail-oriented and customer service-focused Human Resources Onboarding Coordinator to join their HR team. This role provides essential administrative support across a variety of HR functions, including employee records, reporting, onboarding, and HR systems. Responsibilities
• Coordinate onboarding workflows, including training assignments and new hire documentation.
• Support the offboarding process by managing departure logistics and coordinating across departments.
• Deliver confidential and timely administrative support to the HR team.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and employee training sessions.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist with department-wide initiatives that support employee engagement.
• Conduct research and assist in ongoing HR projects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and related platforms.
• Process employee status changes, audits, and updates as required.
• Prepare and deliver standard reports such as headcount, turnover, and anniversaries.
• Respond to internal data requests and support documentation for promotions, transfers, and compensation actions.
• Regularly update and maintain HR content on the company intranet.

Requirements
• Experience with onboarding processes, including I-9 and E-Verify compliance, is required.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective time management with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technical aptitude or proficiency in job-specific software/systems.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and priorities.

Nice-to-haves
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
