HR Manager / Head Recruiter / Trainer for Digital Call Center (Remote) - Contract to Hire

We are a growing digital call center looking for an experienced HR professional who can confidently handle end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, recruitment and agent training under one role.

This position is ideal for someone who has worked with call centers, BPOs, or remote sales/support teams and understands how to build, train, and retain high-performing agents.

You will play a key role in shaping our team culture, hiring the right people, and ensuring all agents are fully prepared to perform at a high level.

Key Responsibilities:
• *HR Responsibilities

1. Handle HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, attendance tracking, and performance documentation

2. Create and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines

3. Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution

4. Support management with performance reviews and disciplinary actions when needed
• *Recruitment Responsibilities (Head Recruiter)

1. Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring)

2. Hire call center agents, appointment setters, cold callers, and support staff

3. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates

4. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with management

5. Ensure fast but quality hiring aligned with business needs
• *Trainer/Operations Responsibilities

1. Develop and deliver onboarding and training programs for new hires

2. Train agents on scripts, tools, systems, KPIs, and call handling best practices

3. Conduct refresher training, coaching sessions, and performance improvement training

4. Work closely with management to improve agent productivity and quality

Requirements: (TAKE NOTE)

--Proven experience in HR, recruitment, and training (preferably in a call center or BPO environment or remotely)

--Strong background hiring and training remote call center agents

--Excellent communication and leadership skills

--Organized, proactive, and able to work independently

--Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

--Experience with ATS, HR tools, and online training platforms is a plus

Nice to Have:
• *Previous experience with digital or virtual call centers
• *Experienced Campaign Supervisor managing agents (1 year minimum)
• *Knowledge of sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or customer support KPIs
• *Experience working with international or remote teams
