We are currently seeking a Human Resource Generalist. This position will be based out of our Parsippany, NJ office.

Responsibilities
The Successful Candidate Will . . .
? Assist team members to resolve issues regarding benefits, compensation and other general questions
? Serve as a point of contact for team member relation issues and performance management; including mediating and resolving conflicts to promoting a positive work environment
? Manage team member records and HRIS database, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork
? Develop, coordinate and deliver HR Training as needed
? Act as the liaison between the brand and unions providing all necessary reporting as needed.
? Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
? Other duties as assigned
Essential Functions
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills: concise, articulate and confident
? Outstanding listening skills with ability to navigate and consult with employees through personal and sometimes difficult circumstances.
? Ability to diagnose a problem and lead correction efforts through effective communication and efficient execution.
? Drives results and is solutions oriented.
? Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
? Outstanding project management skills including ownership over planning, tracking and communicating project status/results.
? Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills.
? Places high priority on data integrity and security, confidentiality.
? Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
? Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, MS Outlook.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
? High School Diploma
? Minimum of five years of progressive experience in human resources
? Must successfully pass pre-employment background and drug screen
? A valid driver's license with good driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
? Associate or bachelor's degree with major or emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
? Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
? Experience working with Human Resource Information System (HRIS) - UKG

Salary Range : $80,000-$90,000 annually
