They are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Developer to design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions, focusing on delivering custom business logic, integrations, user interfaces, and automation that meet complex enterprise requirements.ResponsibilitiesDevelop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueable jobs, and scheduled jobs that respect governor limits and bulkification principlesBuild Lightning Web Components for rich, performant user experiences embedded across Salesforce surfacesDesign and implement automation using Flow, Process Builder migration, and declarative-first patternsDevelop integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Salesforce ConnectImplement complex data models including custom objects, relationships, formula fields, and validation rulesBuild and maintain sharing models, profiles, permission sets, and row-level security configurationsDevelop and maintain comprehensive Apex unit tests with meaningful coverage and assertionsImplement CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABITParticipate in code reviews, contribute to development standards, and document technical decisionsTroubleshoot production issues including governor-limit errors, integration failures, and data anomaliesCollaborate with admins, architects, and product owners to refine requirementsOptimize performance for large-data-volume scenarios, including selective queries and async patternsSupport upgrades, releases, and refactoring of legacy implementations toward modern patternsStay current with Salesforce releases, Einstein/Agentforce features, and platform innovationsSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related fieldFive or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experienceDeep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and platform limitsStrong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScriptExperience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIsHands-on experience with Flow and declarative automationStrong understanding of Salesforce data model and sharingExperience with Salesforce DX and modern source-driven developmentSalesforce Platform Developer I certificationStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsSalesforce Platform Developer II certificationExperience with Industry Clouds (Financial Services, Health, Manufacturing)Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware platformsExposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce developmentExperience with Experience Cloud (Communities) developmentBenefitsFull-time, direct W2 with Bright Vision Technologies (no C2C, no 1099, no third-party)Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, plus benefits.We will support H1B transfers for qualified candidates.Company OverviewBright Vision Technologies is an information technology company that offers software development, AI, and cybersecurity services.
