HR Coordinator - Hybrid in Metuchen - Up to $60K

About Our Client
This is a repeat client of ours in the financial services industry. They are seeking an HR Coordinator to support HR operations in the Metuchen office, 3 days onsite of your choosing.
Job Description
• Prepare offer letters, initiate background checks, and assist with new hire orientations.
• Create and update employee records in the HRIS system and upload required documentation (Workday experience preferred).
• Process job changes, promotions, transfers, and employment updates as directed.
• Support offboarding processes including final documentation, exit surveys, and system updates.
• Help maintain compliance logs, labor law postings, and required HR documentation.
• Deliver excellent service with a focus on confidentiality and accuracy.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience working with HRIS systems (HRIS experience preferred; Workday a plus).
• Ability to work onsite 3 days of your choosing in the Metuchen office.
