This is a work-from-home position based in Omaha, Nebraska, supporting HR operations across all Freedom Enterprises locations. While the role is fully remote, occasional travel (1–2 times per year) to our Overland Park, Kansas office may be required for team collaboration or training.The HR Coordinator will provide critical administrative support, helping ensure timely and accurate execution of recruiting, onboarding, HR system tasks, and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow in Human Resources.Key ResponsibilitiesPost and maintain job openings for leadership and barista positionsReview resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managersSend new hire paperwork and assist with onboarding processesSubmit background checks and follow up on onboarding issuesCorrect E-Verify cases and assist with compliance follow-upMaintain the Barista Hiring Tracker and monitor applicant activityTriage incoming HR requests and route questions to the appropriate team memberAssist with PTO tracking and reportingRun weekly and monthly HR reports from HR systemsBook hotel accommodations for HR travel as neededMaintain HR tracking spreadsheets, including turnover and hiring metricsSupport HR projects and administrative initiatives as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred0–2 years of administrative or HR-related experienceStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office toolsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationWhy You’ll Love Working HereOpportunity to grow a career in Human ResourcesSupportive and collaborative team environmentExposure to HR strategy and leadership operationsFully remote role with occasional travel to Overland Park, KSThe chance to contribute to the success of a growing franchise organizationAt Freedom Enterprises, we believe people are at the heart of everything we do.
