This role combines strategic advisory, client engagement, and business growth opportunities—allowing you to make a tangible impact while achieving rewarding outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on HR best practices, organizational planning, and employee management.
• Introduce clients to practical legal resources that help protect business operations, contracts, and compliance.
• Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to support their business goals.
• Collaborate with marketing initiatives to create educational content that highlights the benefits of proactive HR and business protection.
• Assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions to optimize operations and reduce risk.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in HR consulting, administration, or related business advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and legal considerations for businesses.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about helping businesses thrive.
• Experience in marketing, business development, or client education is a plus.
