[Remote] Account Manager - Bundle & Upsell Expansion

The Account Manager role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with automotive aftermarket customers, driving revenue through upselling and ensuring customer satisfaction with Vehlo's products.ResponsibilitiesIdentify upsell opportunities and growth areas within existing accounts, focusing on expanding the use of Vehlo’s SMS bundles and solutionsPresent customized proposals to help automotive aftermarket clients achieve better customer engagement and retention through SMS-based communicationDrive increased revenue by selling additional products, solutions, or features, including advanced SMS bundles tailored for service reminders, promotions, and customer notificationsDevelop in-depth knowledge of Vehlo’s Aftermarket products and how they serve the unique needs of the automotive aftermarket industryStay up to date on automotive market trends, client challenges, and communication best practices to effectively present the value of Vehlo’s productsEducate customers on how they can leverage SMS for marketing campaigns, appointment reminders, service follow-ups, and more to strengthen customer loyaltyMeet and exceed sales targets, including monthly, quarterly, and annual goals related to upselling revenueMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and activities in the CRM systemCollaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless onboarding & identify future growth opportunities with current multi-store customersWork with the marketing team to develop industry-specific campaigns and materials that highlight the value of SMS communication for the aftermarket industryPartner with product teams to provide insights on customer requirements and suggest new product features to better serve the automotive marketEnsure customer success by actively engaging with accounts to resolve any issues and enhance the value of their Vehlo productsAdvocate for clients / work with customer support within Vehlo to ensure they receive the best possible experienceSkillsExperience with Salesforce and SalesLoftProven experience in SaaS sales, account management, or customer success, with a benefit for experience in upselling or expanding existing accountsDeep understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry, including key challenges and opportunities for service providers and dealershipsStrong knowledge of Shop Management, marketing solutions, mobile communication tools, and customer engagement strategiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsYou are excited to live out our core principles: Ambition, Discipline & CoachabilityProficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting systemsStrong problem-solving skills with a consultative, customer-centric sales approachBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCompany OverviewVehlo solutions unlock potential across vehicle service and repair by giving power back to your people.
