We are a single source for companies to outsource every aspect or a portion of their HR function. We are seeking an experienced HR professional who is interested in helping our clients implement an effective HR strategy while assuring they are in compliance. HR Consultant Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of our clients HR strategy and processes • HR Strategy and policy development • Deploy online training presentations • Leave Administration (FMLA/ADA) • Recruitment • Performance Management • EEO Reporting • Employee Relations • Orientation/Onboarding Programs • Organizational Effectiveness • HR Documentation Compliance Support • Employee Engagement Initiatives • Professional Development Qualifications: • Customer Service oriented • Strong verbal & written communication skills are required. • Problem solving skills • Proficient with MS Office Applications • Experience with HRIS applications a plus • Professional HR Certification is a plus • HR and business experience supporting small to midsize organizations • Must be willing to visit clients Job Type: • Full-time remote Education / Experience: • Bachelor's Degree - in HR preferred • Three plus years in HR preferred Apply tot his job
