What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the MHSU Care Coordination Department in daily activities
- Connect grant program recipients to housing resources through participant engagement
- Outreach to identify and support households experiencing homelessness
- Maintain a required caseload and provide trauma-informed services
- Develop relationships with community stakeholders to enhance service provision

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of post-degree experience in Mental Health and Substance Use (MHSU) services, or four (4) years in a non-Human Service field
- Strong customer service and time management skills
- Technological proficiency and attention to detail
- Ability to travel as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with HUD or Emergency Solutions Grant funded programs
- Familiarity with Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)
- Knowledge of community resources and housing regulations
