Job Type: Full-time/Part-time/ContractWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team and support our recruitment efforts.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Zoom interviews and assist in the candidate selection process.
Filter and evaluate qualified candidates based on established criteria.
Maintain accurate records of applicants and ensure proper documentation is organized.
Manage and organize documentation received through various channels, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Utilize DocuSign for document management and electronic signatures.
Collaborate with team members to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
Provide excellent communication support to candidates and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Human Resources or a related field is required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Google Drive and familiar with document management tools.
Experience with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
