**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing warm and personalized support to internal and external customers, ensuring positive relationships and a seamless travel experience.

* Offering exceptional customer service to individuals seeking to travel, use baggage or cargo services, and addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.
* Handling all aspects of check-in and baggage processing, including operating an electronic check-in system, boarding, baggage claims, reservations, and resolving related issues and complaints.
* Greeting and serving customers in a courteous and friendly manner, handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets.
* Processing transactions, making change, and balancing daily exchanges, including handling overages or shortages.
* Inspecting baggage and cargo, answering phone calls to provide information to guests, paging customers, resolving issues or grievances, and assisting on a case-by-case basis.
* Managing oversold customers due to overbookings, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged luggage, and resolving such issues promptly and in accordance with company policies.
