OUR Douglasville office is hiring for one of our wonderful clients in the Cartersville areaThis is a Temp to Hire role and is not Remote or Hybrid at this timeThis is a start-up company that will be a high volume fast pace positionPlease email your updated resume reflecting 5+ years of recent verifiable experienceMonday-Friday 7am-4pm(onsite)$24-$26 PER HOUREmail addresses for resume are [email protected] AND [email protected] SUMMARY:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative / Human Resources Assistant to support our team in daily office operations.The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.This role involves managing office tasks and assisting Human Resources.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Support in the recruitment process, including job postings, and scheduling interviews.• Aid with the onboarding and offboarding processes.• Draft and prepare HR forms and work closely with employee orientation.• Maintain and update employee personnel files and ensure accuracy in filing.• Assist with HR reports and documentation.• Coordinate general office operations, including supplies management and office equipment maintenance.• Help organize company events, meetings, and activities.• Ensure ordering and distribution of employee uniforms.• Maintain master copy of employee locker list.• Track all contract renewals• Compose and type routine correspondence, make copies and prepare for outgoing mail.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:High School diploma or equivalent, associate degree preferred 5 plus years in an Administrative/ HR roleProficiency in Microsoft office Must have strong organizational and time management skills Proven problem solver in thinking outside of the boxWORK ENVIRONMENT:The work is typically performed indoors and outdoors. Sitting, standing, walking, and lifting daily.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs.
