HQ - Business Analyst

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our most strategic projects. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives across Strategy, Finance, Go-to-Market, People, or Brand, often involving cutting-edge technologies and AI-driven solutions What will this person do:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deeply understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover operational inefficiencies and highlight areas for optimization
Build, manage, and analyze large datasets using tools such as SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets, transforming data into clear, actionable insights
Develop and present strategic recommendations that enhance business performance and drive sustainable growth
Work directly with company founders and senior leadership on high-impact projects, gaining exposure to key business decisions and initiatives Requirements:
A high-performing individual with a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a closely related field
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with SQL, including data extraction, transformation, and analysis
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization tools
Excellent communication skills, with full professional fluency in English (C1 level or above)
Experience in business consulting will be highly valued
