Hotel Revenue Manager (Remote Philippines-Based)

As we grow, we are expanding our Revenue Management Team and are looking for skilled professionals based in the Philippines to join our highly experienced global operations team.
Position Summary:
We are looking for experienced and analytical Hotel Revenue Managers to manage pricing, distribution, and performance for a portfolio of hotel clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands hotel operations and is passionate about using data to drive results. You will work closely with hotel partners, acting as a trusted advisor to maximize their revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily pricing, inventory, and distribution for a portfolio of hotelsAnalyze market trends, performance data, and competitor positioningCreate and implement revenue strategies tailored to each clientProvide regular performance reporting and insights to clientsMaintain strong relationships with hotel partners and act as a key point of contactCollaborate with internal teams to ensure client success
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel revenue management, reservations, or hotel operations with exposure to pricing and distributionFamiliarity with OTAs, channel managers, PMS, and RMS platformsStrong analytical skills with a data-driven mindsetExcellent communication skills in English, both written and spokenAbility to manage multiple clients and work independently in a remote setupPhilippine residency required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a multi-property or outsourced revenue management environmentKnowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and reporting toolsDegree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field is a plus
