We are St Louis based real estate startup with 1 small boutique Hotel & several Airbnb apartments all located in central west end neighborhood! We thrive to make every stay amazing for our guests. Everything we do is about exceptional customer service. Our average rating on Airbnb, Expedia & Booking.com platforms are 4.6 to 4.8 & we take immense pride in it. We are seeking a property manager to manage our rental properties with airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and several other vacation rental platforms. We have grown 500% in last 2 years. Responsibilities:
Oversee total of 1 Hotel & 18 vacation rentals & in 4 buildings in the St Louis city central west end area.
Handle all text messages and in-app inquiries and respond within a few minutes of inquiry. Delight every customer and strive for 5 star rating after each stay.
Schedule all cleaners and maintain high standards for room cleans. Work closely with cleaning crew to make sure each turn is sparkling clean.
Manage supplies for Hotel and all Airbnbs.
Daily walk through on all units to ensure cleans are done correctly before guest checks-in.
Review guest reviews and experiences to discover ways to improve. Drive each property rating to 4.8 ratings.
Schedule & coordinate maintenance issues with dedicated handyman.
Be available to guests to help answer questions after hours and deal with maintenance emergencies. You can choose a day during the week to be off.
Be a leader for the team and ensure everyone on the team is feels appreciated & valued.
Qualifications:
Excellent Customer Skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently
Must have 5 years of experience in Airbnb. Hotel experience is plus.
