Hospitality and Travel Coordinator

We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as a Hospitality & Travel Coordinator. This remote opportunity is designed for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and creating positive client experiences within the travel and hospitality industry.

As a Hospitality & Travel Coordinator, you will assist with coordinating travel arrangements, supporting clients throughout the booking process, and helping ensure vacations and travel plans run smoothly from start to finish. This role combines customer service, organization, communication, and travel support in a flexible remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with coordinating vacation packages, cruises, resorts, hotels, tours, and activities
Manage booking details, confirmations, itinerary updates, and travel documentation
Provide ongoing support and communication before and after travel arrangements are finalized
Research destination information, supplier promotions, and travel options to best support client requests
Maintain organized booking records and client communication
Help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the planning process
Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training opportunities

Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
