They are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Institutional Life Sales Team, ensuring organizational efficiency through various administrative tasks.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls, and related logisticsMaintain team calendars and schedule meetingsArrange travel as requestedProcess expense reports and Gift and Entertainment reporting documentationMaintain conference calendars and related administrative recordsAssist with scheduling and administrative logistics for meetings and eventsEnter and update customer and contact information in Salesforce as directedSupport data entry and record maintenance activities within SalesforceMaintain broker lists and contact informationGenerate standard Salesforce reports using established templates and proceduresFormat PowerPoint presentations, meeting materials, and routine documentsProvide administrative support for proposal document preparationHandle appointment confirmationsCollect and organize client documentationTrack administrative deadlines and follow-up itemsProvide general administrative support to the Institutional Life Sales TeamSkills3+ years of administrative support experienceStrong organizational and administrative skillsExperience managing calendars and schedulingStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)Ability to prioritize and complete assigned administrative tasks within established timelinesSalesforce familiarityExperience supporting a business or sales teamFinancial services or insurance industry exposureBenefitsOvertime eligible: NonexemptDiscretionary bonus eligible: YesActual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location.Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.Employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.We provide a full package of benefits for employees – and have unique offerings for a modern workforce, including leave programs, adoption assistance, and student loan repayment programs.Company OverviewFor over 180 years, we’ve helped turn your biggest dreams into milestones that last a lifetime.
