This role is critical in ensuring accurate coding, OASIS review, and documentation that supports compliant, high quality patient care. Pay Range Competitive and based on experience What You Will Do Review and code home health documentation in accordance with ICD 10 and payer guidelines Complete accurate OASIS review and ensure appropriate coding and sequencing Validate documentation to support coding accuracy and reimbursement Identify and resolve discrepancies in clinical documentation Collaborate with clinicians to clarify documentation and ensure compliance Maintain productivity and meet coding turnaround timelines Stay current on coding updates, regulations, and best practices What We Are Looking For Active RN license or coding certification required (HCS D, COS C, or equivalent preferred) Home Health coding experience required Strong knowledge of ICD 10 coding guidelines Experience with OASIS review and documentation standards High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience with EMR systems preferred What We Offer Multiple Major Medical plans to choose from Dental and Vision coverage Spousal and Family insurance options 401k options Paid Time Off Paid training and continuing education Employee recognition programs Supportive, mission driven team culture
