Are you a detail-oriented and client-focused professional eager to build a career in sales and account management? We’re looking for a Home-Based Junior Account Manager to join our DCX team. In this role, you will support the full lifecycle of client projects—from scoping and budgeting to execution and delivery—while working closely with Senior Account Managers. This is a great opportunity to develop your sales expertise, manage client relationships, and contribute to a fast-growing eCommerce environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Oversee all aspects of client projects, including understanding project scope, customer budget, timelines, order entry, and vendor negotiations.

Create opportunities, ideakits, and manage customer information, tasks, and order details within NetSuite and Presto.

Register customers, modify customer groups, and manage backend order support and reporting through the Arcade platform.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring smooth project execution and repeat business.

Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Deliver exceptional client experiences and ensure high-quality project outcomes.

Source impactful products that align with client needs and branding goals.

Attend vendor meetings to stay informed of industry trends and product offerings.

Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales growth and knowledge.

Accurately document, manage, and report activities within NetSuite.

Support in nurturing long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

​WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.

Experience: 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role. (Experience in promotional products is a must)

Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in using NetSuite (required)

Presto and Arcade are not deal breakers, but you must have experience in another CRM or ERP system.

Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in helping others

Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

High energy with a positive, “can-do” attitude

The ability to offer alternative product solutions for out-of-stock items.

Adaptability to continuous improvements as we navigate a new CRM/ERP system.

Strong critical thinking and "outside of the box" problem-solving skills.

Strong written communication skills for client-facing email and chat.

WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: PHP 45,000 - 55,000

Job Type: Full-time

Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (USA)

Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
