**Key Responsibilities**

* Promptly and efficiently addressing customer queries via phone and email, addressing orders, product availability, pricing, delivery service requests, billing, and resolving issues through the appropriate channels.
* Maintaining organized customer files and accounts, and prior experience updating and managing a CRM database is a plus.
* Collaborating closely with the sales organization to provide technical and administrative product information and documentation to fulfill customer requirements effectively.
* Supporting the field sales organization in providing product information and documentation to customers.
* Coordinating with Logistics and Manufacturing departments to meet expected product lead times and handling service requests from customers.
* Providing administrative support to ensure seamless customer interactions and satisfaction.
