Schedule Appointments: Schedule appointments and meetings for sales or service teams by contacting leads, maintaining calendars, and ensuring accurate communication of meeting details.
Booking and Coordination: Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Travel Advisory: Offer expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options to clients.

Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role or within the travel industry.
