We are an established insurance brokerage company endorsed by Dave Ramsey. We get most of our clients from "The Dave Ramey Show" and a number of churches. Our team believes in the success of our company, making a positive impact in families by helping them save money or get better insurance plans. Join our team and see your potential grow.
Frequent activities will include:
Writing new business each month.
Doing 4-5 phone appointments with new clients daily.
Serving our current clients in 10 states.
Use Excel and other Microsoft applications, with the ability to learn multiple software programs and communication methods.
Synergizing with other team members to help the company grow.
Your greatest asset to success will be maintaining good communication and bringing a positive attitude with you every day!
The right applicant for this role will have
Desire to grow business in the Home and Auto Insurance industry.
Enjoys working as a team in an office environment.
Great communication skills over the phone.
Experience with Safeco or Travelers insurance is a plus.
Great follow up skills.
Hungry to establish themselves in a long term career.
Benefits:
$35,000 Base salary plus commissions. $70,000 + yearly income potential based on production requirements.
