Role Description We are currently searching for a Test Analyst- SDET : • Manage and execute end-to-end testing processes ensuring full alignment with SDLC, STLC, and Bug Life Cycle standards. • Design and maintain automation testing frameworks utilizing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit. • Oversee test management and defect tracking within the Azure DevOps ecosystem. • Integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery and deployment stability. • Collaborate in Agile environments, managing multiple priorities and participating in sprint ceremonies. • Analyze complex system requirements to identify potential risks and provide analytical problem-solving solutions. Qualifications • 3+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance with a strong foundation in manual and automated testing. • Advanced knowledge of SDLC and STLC methodologies. • Hands-on experience with Test Management tools, specifically Azure DevOps. • Solid understanding of Agile Methodologies and the ability to work in fast-paced environments. • Knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit. • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their role in the software release process. • Advanced Oral English. • Advanced Spanish.
