Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Virtual Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. As a data entry clerk, you will be responsible for inputting and managing various types of data accurately and efficiently. You will work remotely and report to the Data Manager.
Requirements
?? High school diploma or equivalent
?? Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
?? Excellent typing speed and accuracy
?? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
?? Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
?? Must be legally authorized to work in the country of residence
Responsibilities
?? Entering and updating data into relevant databases
?? Verifying the accuracy of data to ensure its integrity
?? Assisting in generating reports as required
?? Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
?? Communicating effectively with team members and management
?? Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation
