β€’ Ensure the operational feasibility of the CI-EWARS platform design by validating assumptions against local infrastructure, data availability, and institutional readiness.

β€’ Proven experience managing or supporting technology implementation, digital health rollouts, or data platform deployments in low- and middle-income country (LMIC) settings.
β€’ Track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept through implementation, with the ability to navigate diverse institutional environments and competing priorities.
β€’ Exceptional ability to communicate across technical and policy audiences, translating complex data and system concepts into actionable guidance for decision-makers and frontline staff.
β€’ Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills with a bias toward practical, results-oriented solutions.
β€’ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, including the ability to represent the organization externally and produce compelling materials for diverse audiences.
β€’ Written and oral fluency in French is highly desirable.
β€’ Demonstrated ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across government, technology, and global health sectors.
β€’ Willingness and ability to travel internationally.

Preferred Qualifications
β€’ Prior experience in global health, One Health, or data-for-development use cases, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa or other LMIC contexts.
β€’ Track record of designing and delivering technical training programs, bootcamps, or structured capacity-building initiatives for government or health sector audiences.
β€’ Experience facilitating multi-country learning exchanges, communities of practice, or cross-border knowledge-sharing initiatives.
