[Remote] Senior Manager, Events Marketing

They are seeking a Senior Manager, Events Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of event marketing programs, ensuring brand visibility and customer engagement through a full portfolio of industry events and activations.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of event portfolio: trade shows, sponsorships, executive dinners, partner activations, and customer eventsPlan and manage timelines, budgets, vendors, logistics, production, and on-site executionDesign event experiences aligned to brand positioning and business goalsSupport executive participation, including speaking opportunities, prep materials, and on-site coordinationPartner with PR, sales, content, and design teams to align messaging and activation plansAct as primary contact for leadership during key industry events (e.g., Cannes Lions, CES)Manage external partners including venues, publishers, and production vendorsIdentify opportunities to scale processes and improve operational efficiency across eventsSupport event-related campaigns (landing pages, email, social, follow-up programs)Partner with sales and marketing to connect event engagement to pipeline and revenueTrack event performance: attendance, engagement, pipeline influence, and ROIProvide post-event reporting and recommendations to improve future investmentsSkills5–8+ years in B2B event marketing, field marketing, or integrated marketing within adtech, martech, media, advertising, or data-driven companiesDirect experience managing large-scale industry conferences and executive-level activationsProven ability to own event programs end-to-end, including budget management and vendor oversightExperience supporting executive speakers and high-visibility industry engagementsFamiliarity with major industry events such as Cannes Lions, CES, Advertising Week, Possible, RampUpExperience tying event activity to pipeline, revenue, and ROI reportingWorking knowledge of marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Monday.comBenefitsBenefits for full-time employees of Affinity Solutions begin on the first of the month following your date of hire with a generous employer contribution for medical, dental, and vision.In addition to company paid holidays, wellness time off, other wellness benefits, and employee discounts, you will also get employer paid life insurance and have the option to enroll into an employer-matched 401K Plan.We strongly encourage work/life balance by providing unlimited vacation days, available starting 90 days from your hire date as a team member.Company OverviewAffinity Solutions offers technology, analytics, data processing, and business services for customers.
