Immediate Openings for Pharmacy Technicians, CPhT(ExCPT)-100%Remote role!!
In this role, you will process prescription exceptions including: resolving claim rejects, member and physician outreach. Your tasks will include entering member demographics and prescription information into our data processing system. You will research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated... member issues. You will also assist with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls. Your role is crucial in supporting the utilization review team, dealing primarily with authorization guidelines which vary per prescription and coverage type (State, Medicaid, Medicare).
Must Have:
2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
State License and National Certification (CPhT of ExCPT)
Computer skills
High Speed Internet
Shift: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm EST (100% remote)
Remote role: Preferrably located at South or North Carolina/Arizona/Florida/Alabama
