Key Responsibilities
Speed of Innovation: Accelerate the delivery of products and features. We already operate at an impressive pace, but this role will help us push the boundaries even further.
Engineering Leadership: Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, empowering our team to reach new heights.
Coaching: Develop and mentor the engineering team, challenging each member to grow.
Production Uptime & Quality: Ensure that our systems meet high standards of performance, security, and availability.
Engineering Strategy: Own the architecture of our products, aligning with business goals and ensuring scalable solutions.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles
8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Proven success in building customer-facing enterprise products
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
Strong leadership skills with high emotional intelligence (EQ) and a collaborative approach
Hands-on, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, with an ability to manage technical complexity
