Role Description
Lead regional operations across multiple radiology practices, ensuring strong clinical performance, operational efficiency, and financial results across hospital and outpatient settings.
ā¢ Serve as a senior operational partner to physician leadership, local practice boards, and client health system executives through a dyad leadership model.
ā¢ Own regional P&L performance, driving productivity, cost discipline, growth initiatives, and margin improvement.
ā¢ Lead, coach, and develop a team of Practice Directors and operational leaders across a broad geography, ensuring consistency and accountability.
ā¢ Partner with sales and business development to support market expansion, client retention, and new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
ā¢ Extensive experience in healthcare operations or physician practice management, with demonstrated success managing complex, multi-site operations.
ā¢ Proven ability to lead large, matrixed teams and develop high-performing leaders across diverse markets.
ā¢ Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven performance management.
ā¢ Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging C-suite hospital and health system leaders.
ā¢ Demonstrated change-management and process-improvement capabilities, with the ability to drive operational transformation at scale.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $225,000-$250,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
