Role Description This role involves providing quantitative and qualitative analysis and support for business operations, planning, and development, covering areas such as: • Business development • Human resources • Administration • Budget management • Business information systems • Logistics and contracts Key responsibilities include: • Providing program planning support through data analyses • Conducting research, business plan analyses, and feasibility studies • Identifying trends and developing recommendations for complex issues • Leading or participating in projects and operations as a subject matter expert • Conducting risk, resource, cost-benefit, variance, impact, and other complex analyses • Developing metrics for monitoring performance of business units and initiatives • Applying advanced statistical methods and diagnostic analytics • Developing complex modeling and reporting tools • Coordinating operational support activities Qualifications • Bachelor's degree required • Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required Requirements • Knowledge of applicable principles, concepts, practices, and standards • Excellent consulting and technical communication skills • Strong diagnostic and statistical analytics capabilities • Proficiency in Power BI and Alteryx preferred • Prior experience working with HR data, programs, and processes strongly preferred • Experience with Workday reporting a plus • Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Basic proficiency in use of Personal Computer, word-processing, spreadsheet applications, and database applications • Ability to work on a team Benefits • Medical, Dental Vision plans • Health Spending Accounts & Flexible Spending Accounts • PTO: Starting at 19 days a year; based on type of job and tenure • Holidays: 11 paid holidays comprised of six core holidays and five floating holidays • 401K with up to 6% match • Paid Family Leave • Employee Assistance • Disability and Insurance: Short + Long Term • Service Awards and recognition Apply tot his job
