Hiring Outpatient Psychiatrists | Onsite/Remote | CA
We are seeking a California-licensed Psychiatrist for a full-time/part time , hybrid position, providing services across two outpatient clinic locations in Gilroy and Campbell, CA. The role requires working 1 day per week Gilroy, CA, 1 day in Campbell, CA and 2 days virtually. Typical working hours are from 9 AM β 5:30 PM or 10 AM β 6:30 PM, with some flexibility as needed. Position Type: Hybrid Full-time or Part-time Key Responsibilities: β’ Lead psychiatric care procedures in coordination with clinical teams. β’ Participates in clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans, including prescribing medications and conducting psychiatric evaluations. β’ Collaborate with program managers to ensure adherence to clinical standards. β’ Provides psychiatric services and consultation for staff development and best practice implementation. β’ Provide support for after-hours psychiatric crises when necessary. β’ Maintains licensure, attends required training, and represents the agency at city/state meetings β’ Comfortable working with Children and Adults. Qualifications: β’ MD from an accredited institution. β’ Current California Medical Board License. β’ DEA registration to prescribe medications. β’ Minimum 8 years of experience in a psychiatric setting, preferably with children. β’ Spanish bilingual skills are a plus. β’ Valid California driverβs license.
