Requirements:
Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication skillsÂboth verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and remain effective in a dynamic environment.
Comfortable using computer systems and customer service software.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
